Everything was super clean. The staff always cleaning everything and keeping it neat.

We were not allowed to carry drinks outside the bar but I guess that¿s a country law.

The towels should be thicker they are too thin

food, beach, hotel atmosphere, location all are excellent

could not sleep well, as there is always noise from ceiling. its really disturbing factor, parking area not ok, as its open areaThe shower mixer not work properly, as the mixer not working properly, no bathroom chappal there... etc

This is our second visit to Riu and we absolutely love it. The best part is the entertainment for kids and adults and all the facilities they have.We will definitely come back again.

I liked the meals there, the buffet was amazing. The beach there was cool, especially the ocean. I loved the hotel in general honestly.

I didn’t like how far everything was. But overall it was awesome!

Pillows on the beds were uncomfortable. 2 pillows each would have been nice.

Food is delicious. Staff is super helpful. We came here for a second year in a row.

And second year in a row we had a weird (not pleasant) smell in the shower. It was not fixed fully even after a several cleanings.

Clean rooms, comfy beds. Great food at the restaurant with lots of selection. The Asian restaurant is surprisingly good for all-inclusive. Service was fast and friendly everywhere. Good beach and pools. Strong wifi signal. A bit far from downtown, but very close to the airport. You can't have drinks/food outside of a bar or restaurant (i.e. in the lobby), but I believe it's more of a country/cultural restriction. Good show for the kids and entertainment at the pool.

Rooms are on the smaller side. Been on a few Riu properties and it's the smallest room we've had. Also, as others mentioned, it's construction on one of the sides, so get the sea view if you can. It's not that much about a view, but construction dust is a real thing. There are no way to dry towels or swimsuits inside the room - no hooks or hangers except two in the bathroom. Zero soundproofing in the rooms, the doors are designed to slam, so bring your earplugs. Our bathroom smelled like sewage at the beginning and occasionally on day 5 or 6 of our stay for no obvious reason. It was resolved just by letting the water flush for some time, so we didn't mention it to the staff.

Food was good, entertainment was ok, yoga was good.

Nobody met us to take our luggage. The room was extremely small for 3 people: 1 king size bed and 1 sofa. When I asked in Reception, she said I had to pay for the upgrade.Last year when I came to the hotel with my mother, the receptionist asked if it was the 1st time, I said it was the 2nd time, then she updated us to 1 bedroom. I expected this year as well. If I know that it would be a small room for 3 people I wouldn't book this hotel.

I like the birthday welcome and free cake for my daughter

I was sad that we are unable to bring the cake up to our room.

All inclusive

Limited restaurant hours, only a beer selection, and staff unable to modify my stay despite a third party requested to modify the length of stay. Still did not get 1 day refund. No shuttle services provided. Few activities.

Waterpark for children , very good quality and variety of food , clean beach area, very family and cosy resort

Rooms are very simple, food smell in the corridors, kids club is very very small

For a 4 star hotel, the standards were really greater than that, the reception staff were nice and cheerful, they do care to the extent they know the guests they checked-in. Food variety was great and the buffet was really good at all times.The hotel facilities are amazing especially the splash pool.Accessibility isle on the beach sand is really thoughtful and appreciated.

Has Potential but Disappointing Stay.

The check-in experience was very disappointing — it took far too long, and I was asked for a physical Emirates ID, which was never mentioned in the confirmation email. My booking was from 05 to 07, but I was unexpectedly checked out on the 06, which caused unnecessary inconvenience.I requested a room service at 10:30 am, but nobody came. I called reception at 12:30 pm and again at 1:30 pm, and service finally came only at 3:30 pm.Overall, my stay was far from enjoyable.

The hotel is hot, humid, and clearly not well maintained, even though it's new. The food quality was poor, and nothing really stood out — but the worst part by far was the attitude of the staff.From reception to the restaurant, everyone was rude and unprofessional. We booked three rooms and were surprised that they charged for our 7-year-old kids — most hotels don’t. Instead of handling it politely, the Arabic lady at the reception was extremely rude, even after we explained the misunderstanding. One of our friends just finished chemotherapy and was clearly unwell, yet the staff showed zero empathy.At breakfast, we were five people trying to sit at a 4-chair table because the restaurant was packed. The waitress rudely told us we can’t sit there, and when we spoke up, she ignored us completely for the rest of the morning — didn’t even serve us!The final straw was at checkout. I was 30 minutes late coming back from the pool with two kids, soaking wet, only to find my room card disabled. They literally locked me out with all my things still inside. When I called, they told me to come to the reception. Seriously? Only after I got angry did they send someone to open the room.Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Never again.
